Edward Held, a founding member of the firm, proudly graduated from New York University before going on to earn his Juris Doctor at New York Law School. There, he won the American Jurisprudence Award in corporations and was a staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review, where he had one of his papers published in the New York Law Forum.

With more than forty years of providing exceptional legal service, Mr. Held is a Past President of the Board of Directors of New York Law School Alumni Association, a Board Member of the Independent Residence of Blind and Handicapped Children, and a member of the Metropolitan Accident Claims Advisory Committee of the American Arbitration Association.

He is also a part of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association. Mr. Held is admitted into the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as all the New York State Courts, the Tax Court of the United States, the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Held has been a guest lecturer at the New York Chiropractic College and was a “Law Day” speaker of the American Arbitration Association, lecturing on Uninsured Motorist Claims and hearings.
